Following the links will provide the basic information, forms, and charts that providers need to diagnose and initiate management  of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS).

We recommend that providers divide the evaluation of ME/CFS into two or three visits:

Apply the case definition to confirm or refute diagnosis

This program has been developed by consensus among clinical practitioners.  Since there is no agreed standard of care for the management of ME/CFS these recommendations are not considered exclusive.
